Great office! Runs on time, Dr. Nguyen was so thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel rushed. They also were very helpful picking out frames. The office is very nice but not so over the top where I start to wonder if the fees I'm paying are going towards paying off equipment, etc. Overall great feeling, great staff and great doctor, highly recommend to anyone living in the Chino Hills area.

I would highly recommend you visit Excel Family Optometry for your vision needs. Initially, my husband and I were nervous about going to get our eyes checked during this pandemic, but Dr. Nguyen, Sylvia, and Leslie made the experience very pleasant. The office was very clean and you can tell that the place was sanitized frequently. They had a tray for you to place all glasses that have been tried on, so they can sanitize them thoroughly before putting them back on the display. Dr. Nguyen was very detailed in explaining what he observed and suggested. Sylvia and Leslie were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a wonderful place!

I’m a new patient and I have to say I am very pleased with my visit. From the staff to Dr. Nguyen. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen was very informative and made the process smooth. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and answered my questions. They even help you find the right glasses and they have a great selection of glasses.
